I ordered a jacket on the 05/04, they sent me an email on the Friday 08/04 asking for the size, I couldn't answer over the weekend so I've let them know I'd answer the Tuesday after (12/04), never received any acknowledgement, so I enquired again, they sent the same email asking for the size, to which I answered straight away, got no answer nor acknowledgement again. I'm calling today (so 2 weeks after the original order) to enquire about my order, the woman on the phone was extremely rude, refused to take my order number and just stated my order was cancelled, didn't let me speak and hung up on me. How could she know without my order number? This is extremely disappointing customer service. I was really looking forward to it but this is off-putting. Look elsewhere, this shop doesn't want to sell.

Cannot recommend them highly enough!! Amazing selection and the owners were so friendly - genuinely lovely people who were so nice to me, my wife and our baby. They went out of their way to make sure I got a jacket I really wanted and was the perfect fit. Brilliant price and very high quality products. Thank you so much! Such a nice little shop great stock original leather items. Prices are modest. The couple who own the shop are so very pleasant. They have true grit and character. The store itself is a little dark and dated. It's like walking into a nostalgic past. Friendly no pressure customer service. ."

Absolutely brilliant!!, I travelled from Derby because I wanted to try a flying jacket on before purchasing. I was pleasantly very suprised with the amount of stock in this shop. The couple who run this business could not have been more welcoming or friendly. Eventually I got it down to a choice of 2 jackets and couldn't decided between them so I brought both. They are superb quality and reasonably priced.I can see how this shop has lasted over 40 years.Well done to them and keep up the good work.Thanks for your time.Glen.

The owners were friendly and helpful. They had exactly what I wanted and I am very pleased with my purchase. The quality is perfect and the price was less than I was expecting to pay. They have an amazing selection and I will definitely be back.

Amazing quality and top class customer service. 5*** quality all the way. Purchased a pair of gorgeous slippers but ordered a size too big. Contacted Radford customer service and faster than the speed of light, slippers returned and correct size sent out. More than happy. Buy with confidence 5***

Worst customer service I have ever received in my whole 58 years alive. (So realistically 40 years shopping) Thinking of their radio jingle and it being a nice easy place to get to and park it prompted me to visit today for the first time hoping to purchase a pair of ladies leather gloves for my partner as a surprise for Christmas . Unfortunately I was told that unless I had the size I could not make a purchase this was before even seeing any gloves they have ( although I had a medium to large in my mind ) . She said she would need to come in and try them on missing the point of a suprise. The lady was extremely loud blunt and patronising when talking to me and when I asked her to speak to me in a civilised manner she said this was the way she always speaks to people but in her defence did say sorry it’s how I speak.it was however unacceptable and I asked her twice to please lower the tone and speak to me respectfully. So wondering what on earth I had done to receive such a hostile reception when just trying to spend some money with them I asked how I was to measure for a a glove size and rolling her eyes she told me where to measure, so when I suggested I could measure a pair of her existing gloves without her knowing I was told this was not acceptable as she stated that existing gloves would have stretched. I then asked if I could at least see to the styles of gloves they stocked to which the gentleman said yes as it would cause no harm to look. What harm I would cause I have no idea. Having looked at the 3 styles they only have I suggested if I took a photo I could show it to her daughter whom I would of trusted to choose the most suitable style. At this point they looked at each other said NO and the lady swiftly removed the gloves from the counter. Unbelievable Jeff so in shock I went to my local where I explained my predicament to the landlady, she listened tentatively advised me carefully and kindly ordered me a pair from ASOS . Having seen so many positive comments I must of clearly caught them at a bad time. I am positive I would not have been treated like this if I had not been the only customer in the shop. Unfortunately having listened to their “Radford leather Radford leather Fashions “ jingle for god knows how many years I’ll be switching radio stations.

Fantastic people with fantastic products at a fantastic price. Would definitely recommend. My dad came to the same place around 35 years ago with his mother for his first ever leather jacket and now he has taken me to get my first leather jacket; we had a great conversation with the owners who catered for all of our needs and only wanted us to buy a product that we were 100% satisfied with.If anyone is reading this and are thinking about purchasing anything leather, then this is the place to go.

So nice to find a shop run by people who take such care in making sure the fit is right and show so much experience and knowledge of their jackets. I'd be happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a quality leather jacket.
