Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Advised me on good products for my dogs based on needs not in highest prices. Actually recommended a cheaper brand than I was looking at for food. Free local delivery too means I can just phone orders in. Great deals on food. Cheaper than any online sources or big stores too. Can't recommend enough.

Excellent friendly staff who are extremely knowledgeable about our furbabies and specific breed nutritional requirements.Their prices compete with larger, well-known pet superstores who do not give the same personalised experience.

I cannot fault the place, friendly staff and so helpful too. I went in at 4.50pm to order some horse feed and horse treats and by 5.50pm it was in my lobby. The snow was inches deep too, you really cannot beat that for service!
