From start to finish (over 2 years) to settle my best friend’s estate has been a total shambles within the Probate/estate department.Not replying to emails, slow dealing with estate assets, poor advise to set up a trust and to top it off, final cheque written 2 years later was incorrect amount and was requested to be posted back to the lawyer at my expense in order for them to re-issue the correct amount.They really need to up their game in this department to get my faith back in them.

Selling and buying property is never easy and can be so stressful, but having good legal advice is crucial. Would I ever do that again? No! Modern Auction should mean 52 days from start to finish on a house purchase.
