I suspected a puncture as a tyre was losing pressure so I called into ATS, as I had previously had good service in Wadebridge. They were so helpful, could not find a puncture, but replaced the valve and resealed the tyre. When I asked for the bill, I was told that they wouldn't charge me! I would definitely recommend ATS Launceston, and ATS in general.

Unexpected 'surprise', but throughout the whole process the Staff were Polite, professional, well informed, helpful. Even when we returned a hour later to get help in resetting the car tyre low pressure warning system. Credit to the staff and company, we need more of this standard throughout the industry. Happy tourist from down under

Took my car on Friday afternoon for pre-booked tyre-fitting. The staff were busy but were there to greet me and were extremely helpful.They took my car straight in and were quick and thorough in fitting my tyres. They also gave really useful post-fitting advice.A great service all round and one that I would recommend wholeheartedly. Thank you Launceston ATS.

I thought I had a slow puncture on the passenger front tyre on my Swift, went in and the chap couldn’t be any more helpful, took my keys and went straight on it. 5 mins later the chap said that it was leaking from the valve rather than a tyre problem, and wanted nothing for doing it. Would recommend ATS Launceston to anyone, and will not hesitate to use them again if the need ever arises

Went with a slow puncture and they fitted me in a bit later, giving me chance to get the shopping in between. They diagnosed a faulty valve which was fixed within 5 mins. Great polite service.

Kyle and Dominic were fantastic today, I swung by at 5pm hoping they could fit me in to check my car out, they did a full check and even checked my fluid levels too, was so appreciated and I will be back! MOT'S will be available soon, I'll be sure to make this my go to place. Thanks guys :)
