May be the most pathetic fully useless general practice in this country. Lazy rude receptionists, do not even send the prescriptions they prescribe to a pharmacist. Should be shut down for malpractice

Since I have changed from my previous doctor my experience has been exceptional with the GP at this surgery, there are very professional and explain their procedures clearly. The staff at the reception are very friendly and always polite. I am always updated and consistently kept informed about my health. A well ran practice. keep up the good

If I could give zero stars I genuinely would this is the worst by far doctors there is no way there’s a worser doctorsfirstly gave my son medication for an abscess through a PICTURE!! Secondly rang again they gave him a steroid cream and the third time they gave my son a cream that was for a cyst I went hospital to dermatologist with my son and he CLEARLY said it was an ingrown hair my son has had this since 4 months old now he is nearly 2 and this doctors haven’t helped him onceSecondly about 2 weeks ago I have had a very bad rash on my face I was swelling up my face was burning up like it had been burnt I rang for an appointment for 5 days straight every morning just before 8 and they WOULD NOT GIVE ME AN APPOINTMENT on the 6th day I ended up in hospital as my tongue started swelling up and I was choking on my tongue of course the woman from reception she’s very very rude and is honestly by far the worst woman I have ever spoke to she said to me send a picture to us because it might be ringworm I said it is definatly not and she said just send us a picture this was on 3rd day as so I did after arguing on the phone because I said I’ll send a picture and get medication for something else like what happened to my SON! And so they never got back to me till this day! They are very unprofessional all of them!!! I don’t know how the NHS haven’t shut this place down it is horrible!!!!I seriously do not recommend this place don’t take yourself or kids here seriouslyDont waste your time by the time they are the worst doctors the worst receptionist and genuinely the worst place there can ever be

0 stars.I have been experiencing what I believe to be an infection for over 4 months now. I have had a cyst for over 3 months. I’ve been back and forth to the doctors multiple times now. And I’ve been prescribed Flucloxacillin 3 times over the past 3 months. And my symptoms and cyst are still present. I went to go get my THIRD lot of Flucloxacillin but not to my surprise my prescription wasn’t there. This has happened multiple times now where I’ve been told my prescription will be sent to the pharmacy THAT DAY, but it is NEVER there! And it is weekend now so I will have to wait another 2 days to ring the doctors to chase up a prescription that was meant to have been sent yesterday.I’m so exhausted from my illness and going back and forth to a useless GP. The doctor I went to see about this third prescription was passive aggressive, saying “well we only have 10 minutes”, hinting that she was annoyed at me for being there past 6pm, even tho I was TOLD to come in that time.The doctors here do not listen to you, they do not care about you and they will shut you down when you try to explain how ill you’ve been.Even the lady at the pharmacy was shocked to know that I had been prescribed Flucloxacillin for the third time now.

The most worst and rude doctors in Bolton. My son was very ill and had high temperature for 2 days and he was having endless cold for a month. I asked an appointment on the same day rang reception several times and all they said was that they will get back to me after checking with doctor but no one rang me back. Following day I had to call in the morning to get an emergency appointment which was given 5.20pm. Went there on time but about more than 30 minutes late Doctor Anjaana came from out and called us. She was complaining that she had an appointment on the day before for my son which we were not informed to us. She was communicating with us very rudely just looking at my son's face she said I am not giving antibiotics at all even before checking any symptoms because he had given antibiotics a month before as well. She just wanted to ignore it purposely. My son had ear pain for 2 days and she did not check until I asked to. After I asked she only checked one ear and said it was little red but she is not giving antibiotics at all. She was also blaming us about ringing the surgery and asking an emergency appointment. You shouldn't ring the surgery and ask for an emergency appointment even when the child having temperature for couples of days!That was her response in her words. She was treated and communicated with us very badly today and I am really disappointed and worry about my son's situation. This was not the first time that doctor Anjaana has behaved like this. She clearly need to know how to talk and treat people. I would not recommend this Medical Centre for anyone at all. I will be making an complaint to the relevant authorities regarding this incident.

I have to say my experience at Dr Kumar surgery was brilliant. I rang them as I was experiencing headaches. I spoke to Dr Anjana who was very professional and knowledgeable. I was told to go to the surgery the next day and the reception staff was also very polite and professional. Keep up the good work. Thank you so much to Dr Anjana and the team

When you have a medical problem, this is a best place to come. Appointments are always available and both Dr Kumar (Male) & Dr A Kumar (Female) are there for you to care with personal touch. I have been ill for a while now, here the support and care I have been given by both Doctors is out of the world. Here all the staff (receptionists, nurses & all concern) the Doctors are a very good team. They all treat you with great kindness, respect and making you feel at ease making you feel like you are a part of the family. They sure express duty of care to their patients and no matter what time always there for you.I MUST SAY THEY ARE MOST KINDEST AND CONSIDERATE PEOPLE ON EARTH

Fantastic surgery quick response, staff very friendly and polite. Always get an appointment when needed, feel my problems r always dealt with in a professional manner. Keep the negativity away people !! The whole surgery does an excellent job dealing with patients with al sorts of problems. I would 100% recommend Deane medical centre as I’m looking at the reviews and all I’m seeing is negativity and people complaining and trolling this surgery show some appreciation people !! I am not one to ever review but I feel I just had to let steam out

If your name end with patel, kumar or any indian name. You got appointment quickly. I think NHS should mix staff with English ppl because they are more professional. The worst experience of my life with this surgery. Never get appointment even dying
