Was very busy for a weekday with short staff members. However after waiting in a queue I was happily greeted with a 2nd till Assistant named Courtney who was at great help and even helped me sign up for UO newsletter and special offers which ive never heard off untill now. Normally love urban but I brought a £40 top only to find out it still has a tag on it when I got home I can’t remove it as it’s a ink one and the closest one to me is about and hour and half really disappointing

A fun-sized men's section consisting mostly of jeans. Few staff, little room to move, poor selection of products. Why on Earth they chose such a tiny shop is beyond me. Wouldn't recommend making the trip unfortunately.

Queues for the changing room can easily reach 45 minutes. Often held up by people coming out, picking out more clothes in the shop for a good while and going back in. Very pricey but well ventilated.

Very rude staff! Three small changing rooms for the whole store which are grubby and stale. Waited 45mins with only 1 person infront of my daughter. Try somewhere else!

I wanted to exchange a top that my daughter had bought online as it was too small. The staff in my local store were so friendly, helpful and efficient! During the initial phone call to the store “Ollie” was incredibly helpful and when I visited the store later they day to return the top I I was served by a really lovely assistant. The replacement top was delivered to my house the next day and my daughter was delighted! Thank you so much.
