Rigby & Peller Knightsbridge

Was seen and looked after by Tatyana at the Knightsbridge shop who knew her stuff and was very knowledgeable. She took the time to go through different sizes and know what I was after. Would recommend and will certainly make this an annual ‘treat’ - thank you

Bought some lingerie for my better half so I'm really commenting on her experience... and she couldn't praise them enough. Staff were excellent : extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. My fiancé is in her 50's and says it's the best bra she's ever had. Definitely recommended.

HIGHLIGHTS: gorgeous lingerie!GRIEVANCES: finding your size if you're East Asian is impossible.A good place if you need a present for your wife, girlfriend, friend... Some Rigby and Peller designs are so gorgeous they will turn the woman wearing them into a sculpture!!Shop assistants are generally capable and helpful. Sizes available can be an issue as the shop, sadly, doesn't seem to cater to East Asian proportions so almost all the bottoms will be too big for the Japanese, Chinese, Koreans etc.

My partner bought me a set from Rigby and Peller for Christmas. They sent the wrong bra. We contacted them the day after boxing day and were totally unable to get hold of anyone despite the website stating they were open. We emailed, and have still not yet received a reply. When we finally managed to get hold of them the day after by phone, we were told to return the wrong item and he would receive a full refund, and then re-buy the correct bra in the sale. He returned the bra in the gift box he had purchased, thinking the underwear could now be an anniversary present instead. AGAIN the WRONG bra was sent. When it arrived, the box was totally ruined. The side of the delivery box had been ripped open (not the fault of Rigby and Peller I understand), but the bra was packed totally carelessly, with the box the bra sits in also being in an absolute state. This underwear was not cheap, and was supposed to be a lovely gift. With that kind of money you expect a quality product, but also a quality service. This has absolutely not been the case. Extremely disappointed and will never shop here again, nor will we recommend.

Outstanding service! I went in for a made to measure appointment and all of the staff were so friendly and welcoming! The best experience I have ever had in a lingerie shop!Thank you Stephanie for making me feel so at ease and well looked after, I can't wait for my custom made Basque :)

This has been my second time at the knights bridge store and by far the service has been very basic compared to other Rigby and Peller stores I have been.Other Rigby and Peller stores changing rooms have been absolutely beautify exactly what you would expect from a luxury boutique, soon as you enter the shop you are greeted with a big smile they bring orange juice/ champagne / coffee and even macrons to your changing rooms. The chnaging room even has perfumes and gowns to wear. where as the Knights bridge store the staff did not make me feel like a valued customer both times especially considering the shop was not even busy and all the staff seem to be standing near the desk. When i was taken to a small changing room I was offered water.The first time I went to the Knightsbride store I was able to use the rest room, the 2nd time I visited and asked to use the rest room I was told they don't have a bathroom. Considering I spent £360 on one item again at the the Knightsbride store and i would not recommend this brand, avoid at all cost.

This used to be my favourite lingerie shop in the world and over 30 years I have bought a lot of bras. The fitters were unfailingly well informed and interested in providing the best experience to the customer. I was unfavourably impressed on my latest visit. The fitter was flippant and bored. It was also the first time I left the shop without buying several bras. My sister, also shopping, also had less than stellar service. A legendary shop definitely gone down the drain.

Not a welcoming store - possibly because of the overflow of tourists in this area. The choices were limited -if you are looking for any without an underwire, this is not the place. However, if you’re looking for any lingerie with beautiful lace , you may find something here.

Amazing service , Sandra @Knightsbridge was amazing and took a few moments to find me the right size , left wearing it feeling like a new woman , would highly recommend

I visited this Lingerie shop about 3 weeks ago, my appointment waswith Natalie and she was excellent in advising me what size and styleto purchase.She was respectful, professional, friendly and helpful.I am very happy with my new bras.They are expensive but the comfort and fit makes it all worth while.Thank you Natalie.
