I had a dead Di2 issue the day before a race, Nottingham Outlaw 70.3. Despite it being near closing on a Saturday Jamie did an amazing job getting me to a position where I could race. Lovely guy, and super knowledgeable. Based on my experience I couldn't recommend Cyle Inn high enough, a fantastic place.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I only needed a bolt for my bike crank, They had it in stock and even said I could have it for free as it was out of his spares box! They really are brilliant. A big thank you from me

Exceptional. Jamie had my bike completely serviced at a fraction of the cost and time quoted elsewhere. This was also at super short notice which was amazing.Can't recommend these guys enough for getting me back on the road ASAP.Much appreciated.

Got my bike gear shift repaired here. Took it in, they had a look at it, ordered in the part and told me when it would be in, took the bike back in and they fitted it when it arrived. No fuss, very quick, and at a good price. A well earned 5* review and a happy customer who will return should I have any further issues with my bike.

I popped on to cycle inn, after previously calling for advice, the guys in cycle inn, were very polite and professional on the phone; upon arriving to the store, the men were super helpful, and straight on hand to resolve an issue with my sons bike. They were very quick to fix it, and very reasonable with their prices, I would highly recommend and will most definitely be returning with my bike in the near future! Thank you cycle inn!

Great little bike shop run by two decent blokes. Not bought a bike there, but prices for servicing and kit are very reasonable! Turnaround between dropping your bike off and picking it up is also pretty fast. I definitely recommend the place!
