My business (The Soul Camp) used ArniesLogs.com for a large wood delivery for an extremely important 2 night corporate glamping festival-style event we were running, for 300 guests. The service we received before, and during, was exceptional. Both in terms of advice on how much to order, how long it would burn, and offers of collection. Faultless service and extremely helpful. We work with numerous supplier's in the events industry and these guys were one of the easiest to work with. :)

Literally found out my local and established supplier had ceased to trade in the morning after many years. Found Arnies logs, and as local thought I would try. Literally within an hour delivery made. Good size logs, generous bags and bone dry. Above and beyond expectation. Definitely will be using again., cheerful smile helps too!

Really Impressed so far - Ordered 5 nets of Ash online on Saturday evening and to my surprise they were delivered on Sunday Afternoon. They sent an email to check I was in - a great idea to save wasting anyones time - although I missed it because I was snoozing lol.The delivery guy was very friendly and unloaded the logs for us to our back gate (much appreciated with my bad back and the wifes spindly arms) I haven't tried the logs yet but they look top quality and the price was extremely good. Can't wait to have a burn up.We will definitely be bark!Thanks Guys :)

Beware - I phoned the Company and told them I wanted to buy 4m3 of logs, I was quoted for a 3.2m3 King size crate @ 3.2m3 topped up with 12 string bags that in total would make my 4m3. The crate has arrived with 1.52m3 of stacked logs on it. When I quizzed the Company they say they sell in the loose" and the correct pallet was delivered. So 3.2m3 of Arnies logs is less than half what they are selling"
