We visited on 15/10/2021 and Cole was incredible. I bought a wonderful pair of boots and a huge part of that was down to his incredible service. Nothing was too much trouble and he took the time to explain various aspect of shoe care and future service/repair of the boot. We will absolutely visit again in no small part due to his great attitude. This store will thrive if all the staff are as attentive as Cole.

Had a great experience at the York store where I had the opportunity to try on a range of beautifully made shoes. I was even able to take my preferred pair home to experience with the offer of an ability to return them should they not be absolutely right - great service.

This a really nice place to shop for shoes. Their service is patient and attentive. I felt that the guy looking after us was focused on being objective, giving an opinion on what would be best for me. Really good.

I had a fantastic retail experience in this shop on Thursday 5th may . I have wanted a pair of Loake brogue shoes for some years and spotted the shop whilst in York . John was very knowledgeable and helpful and described the difference between the shoes . This resulted in me being the proud owner of a pair . It was great to be able try on different pairs and getting advice from a true professional. So much better than buying online .
