Very helpful staff, especially Umar, Adam and Kam.Really professional, polite and knowledgeable. Listened to my complex requirements, they simplyfyed it and were able to resolve all my issues. Excellent customer service by Brendan in the Blackburn store yesterday.He went above and beyond in assisting me whilst changing my contract. Brendan was such a good listener and attentive when I expressed any concerns I had and was more than willing to repeat himself or explain anything that I needed clarifying.Even with limited numbers currently being allowed in the store, at no time was I made to feel rushed.He is definitely a credit, as a member of staff, to the Blackburn store and to Three UK as a whole.Thank you for the kindness that you showed ...for me, it was really appreciated.

Esha helped me with my phone and made sure I was happy with my backup when previous staff told me I would have to come back. So helpful girl! She sat me down and went through the things I was struggling with. All staff overall are nice!

Very very bad signal coverage you can have in your phone with three mobile, I'm lorry driver 60%of the parking services all around UK no signal or very very poor signal,on country side the same. if you do not believe that you are free to go and sign up the contract, the big mistake on my life I do wen I signed and have the sim from three mobile, I never have that poor signal coverage on my life,Customer service is unprofessional is well, the store team they are not help with nothing, very very bad company,

If I could give a negative 0 rating I would, your customer service assistant named Khadijah is a very rude lady talking to me like she got issues with me before. I never raised my voice but she said I raised my voice, I told her not to be rude to me and she respond “It goes both ways”. Answering my questions in a very unfriendly tone and manner. Not sure if you give them proper training but how I was treated was repulsive. The worst ever service I’ve received.

I went to the store on Saturday with an issue with my phone. I spoke with customer service, but they were unable to help. I was fairly sceptical about going in as I haven't been into town for some time.I was served by a young man by the name of Junaid, and he managed to sort out the issue in no time. It was great service, and I am grateful for the help received on the day. The manager and the rest of the staff were also extremely helpful on the day.
