I'm sure the pump will be fab! We've be told by 2 plumbers that it's not fit for purpose but it has been clarified by the manufacturer that it will be so quality wise of the product I'm sure all is good.The attitude of Amanda was absolutely appalling though. We are not plumbers, we are not trade professionals at all and Amanda spoke to us like we were complete idiot's, extremely defensive and rude. I began the conversation very politely explaining that we had purchased the drainmajor60 and had been told by the plumber that it wasn't fit for purpose and definitely not £1800 worth of kit therefore we need to organise a return. To which Amanda said full of attitude 'well it is fit for purpose. Your plumber is wrong.'Beware as well . If you do need to return a product they will charge you a 30% 'restocking fee'

Rob was very helpful when we first made contact by phone and was able to treat our predicament as an emergency. On arrival at our house he quickly established the problem and was exceptionallly professional in not only fixing our damaged pump but also advising on what we could be doing in the future to save money by purchasing a pump which was more fit for purpose and probably cheaper. Would recommend these guys to anyone for brilliant service and professional knowledge.

An excellent company all round. Rob found an alternative solution to our macerator (which wasn't suitable and was incorrectly plumbed in by another firm) and arranged for their own excellent plumber (who took pains to leave everything not only working but looking good too) to fit it within a couple of days. Everything now works perfectly, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The maintenance team from Pump Technology Services recently carried out the regular testing of our pump after they supplied and installed it last year. The service call was thorough and efficient and we are more than happy to have the peace of mind that such an organisation brings.

We recently had Rob from Pump Technology do an emergency call out to fit a replacement sump pump. He was excellent - very knowledgeable and helpful. We would highly recommend this company.
