A fantastic company and it seems to matter little which branch you use, they are all superb, the knowledge of those serving is good and in general the customer service is first class. Opening in Inverurie has saved us many miles having to drive to Screwfix in Aberdeen.

They don't always have everything on the website in stock but generally very good. Good customer service and fast to message to say orders are ready for collection

Lovely wee girl answered my call but could not tell me if the sealant for my old path would be safe for children or dogs as they are not educated on their products safe then tried to put me through to the store in Inverurie came back and said they can advice us either…so will have to go elsewhere

Still waiting for confirmation of an order I made 4 days ago. They boast 24-48 hour click & collect but it's just not happening. Very slow. This is the second order I've made in a week, first one was slow, this one I'm still waiting............ Wakey wakey Screwfix, you're missing your targets badly.Update:- 5 days and counting... one star being removed for each extra day from now on!Update2:- EVENTUALLY the order was available to collect 6 days after ordering!

Had got to the point where I tried to avoid Screwfix Bridge of Don and switched to Toolstation. Spent too long waiting in queues.First impression of Screwfix Inverurie is positive. Nearer to home, service was prompt, staff were polite and helpful. Will continue to use.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Click and collect is usually ready within 5 mins. Prices are competitive. Nice having such a good store in a rural area, saves a lot of driving. I never go anywhere else!
