Staff excellent.... But really the service behind the lawnmower sale is appalling... The self propelled function stopped working after two weeks... Nothing simple like return to seller... Registration with external organisation yes that means more passwords... Multiple instructions about what i needed to do to find the fault... Then told to take it in ... Then TS would not accept return... now that packaged and waiting for courier... I have wasted more than 5 hours of my time so far as well as about 50 miles of travel...and the grass is growing fast!!!!! I have a right to a repair or replacement not a process designed to make me give up... Will not be doing this again

I ordered an item on click and collect. It was ready in five minutes and was waiting for me when I called at the store. The staff are great and helped me get some bolts I needed. All very polite and efficient. Great shopping experience.

Good levels of stock, but like any store in the chain they don’t have everything. ‘Next Day’ to collect from store can be anything up to 17:00 the following day. Central location and some items cheaper than their main rival (who isn’t in this location). If its a weekday and you need an electrical item Toolstation don’t have, then Hatton’s Electrical Wholesale is across the yard. If its plumbing then Wolseley is nearby. These people are always open. Always. It’s crazy good.

Excellent resource to have in the local area. Always open and staff are really helpful. Please don't forget about Hartwells Ironmogers though, it has been the village Ironmongers since 1805, as well as the leading Cotswold Bicycle Hire firm
