Josh gives me, hands down, the best sports massage I’ve ever had. And I have had a lot. Since seeing him I have recovered so much quicker from my intense training weeks. I would thoroughly recommend to any athlete or Anyone who is interested.

Went to see Josh for an upper body massage and he was fantastic. I have been struggling with back pain for the past few months because of the amount of time I spend at a desk for work. Josh listened carefully to all the problems I had and now my back feels the best it has in years. Will definitely be back soon!

Came to josh with some pains and aches in my back, mainly the lower back due to sitting at a desk all day for work. Josh was very knowledgeable and the massage he provided was great - I now feel much better and will definitely use him again :)

I have regular visits with josh for maintenance. He is fantastic and really good at what he does. He is constantly checking whether the depth of massage is ok. I always come away feeling great. He uses a range of techniques to get my muscles feeling great again. Would recommend!

Had my first sports massage today with Josh and I left pretty impressed! Usually I struggle to find someone that can get the desired pressure but Josh nailed it.Professional from start to finish, Josh makes you feel welcome and talks you through the treatment and throughout making sure the pressure is good and that no pain is being experienced.Finding someone decent around Telford isn't the easiest, and for being relatively new to his trade Josh achieves some great results while remaining very competitively priced so the value for money is most definitely there.Fully deserving of the 5 star rating, I'll definitely be going back!

Josh was absolutely amazing! He listened to what I said and made sure he worked those areas well. He was extremely professional and was able to ease the tightness in my legs which allowed me to perform better for my sport!If you’re on the fence don’t be, 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Fantastic first massage from Josh today. He had a tough job on his hands trying to help an old knacker like me, but afterwards I felt amazing with my legs and calves feeling so much better. Highly recommend.

Josh was absolutely fab! I came with super tight calves from running and felt that the sports massage really helped with this - I’m sure I will be back again before my next race!

I have had two sessions with Josh, both leg massages and he is fantastic. A proper sports leg massage is meant to uncomfortable so do not be surprised by that. But how they feel afterwards is great. Josh always makes you feel at ease and is a great conversationalist.I highly recommend a visit!
