Queue for 10 to 15min before seated.Which is acceptable as other restaurants even have more long queues.Food and service is good.Can get some authentic Chinese food here.

Veey accomodating, revisited today for Dim Sum and waiting staff very attentive, dishes came out in good time and we did not feel at all rushed, spent about 2 1/2 hours with friends here at Lunchtime which is unheard of in busy China town normally. Reasonably priced some dishes like the thai Chicken claws much larger than expected!

Nice meal but very expensive. Very busy time, and it felt hectic around us. We decided on set menu as felt pressure to order.I wouldn't go there again but as I said food was nice. Nothing special.

Sunday lunchtime visit to Chinatown, London. About 10 min wait for the table—unusually relaxed atmosphere for a Chinese restaurant. We sat, ordered and didn't feel rushed to eat and leave. The food was perfectly good and well prepared. The highlight was the mixture of roast pork and duck. I love turnip cakes, and here they were a little too plain, but dipped in the sauce that came with meat made them taste delicious. Pork buns were sweet and delicious. Crispy scallop shredded rice wraps were amazing.The place is big and on two stories with a female toilet downstairs and a male toilet upstairs.Would I come back? Probably yes, but I wouldn't fuss about it if I ate in another restaurant.

Good food, good service & pretty nice atmosphere. The staff are plesent & efficient. The food is really nice. A little expensive but you are in Central London. It's a very popular restaurant especially on a weekend. All in all really good.

If you are looking for a great dim sum place in London, look no further than Golden Phoenix Chinatown. The food is amazing and authentic, with a wide range of options to suit every taste. The dim sum is steaming hot and flavourful.The staff was friendly and attentive, and the service was fast and efficient. The restaurant was clean and cozy, with a nice atmosphere.I had a fantastic time at Golden Phoenix Chinatown and I can't wait to go back.

This place is the best place for dim sum. Very authentic and very tasty. Lots of Chinese people eating here which is an excellent sign. The service is excellent. The seating being in central London is quite spacious and the restrooms quite clean. During the pandemic we came here too and ate outside which was very different and fun. This is our favourite dim sum restaurant….. (we have tried other Chinatown places and Golden Phoenix best for food and price).

This spacious multi-story restaurant offers outstanding cuisine at affordable prices. Our group of 6 diners was pleasantly surprised by the prompt service and the diverse, high-quality menu. While it's advantageous to have a preference in mind, we opted for a wide array of dishes, all of which were delicious and authentically prepared. Given its size, the ambiance felt more like a grand dining hall than an intimate local Chinese eatery. However, the presence of both Chinese and Cantonese patrons, including tourists and locals, was a reassuring indicator of its authenticity.
