Such a fraudulent seller bought an iPad and a keyboard, which never worked for a second even, when I returned for a refund, and he is offering me 25 instead of 40, changing all his words upon selling, refused the refund and smashed the keyboard and left, do not ever trust this seller.

I had issue with my MacBook ( the keyboard and touchpad) and Apple Store ask for load. The guys here fixed it and didn’t exceed my budget. I would recommend to visit their store

I had absolutely first rate from service after I had my mobile phone stolen last week. Nothing was too much trouble and they took me through everything I needed to do to get up and running again very quickly. They also provided a good aftersales service when I went back 3 times to ask question about things on my new phone.It's also worth noting that they do iPad repairs too.Phone Surgery is highly recommended by me.

Water spilled on my Phone and it died suddenly. I tried 2 technicians around City Centre and they did everything, but the phone was gone due to water damage.I was desperatly looking for a quick replacement, and after shopping around these guys are THE BEST.The Manager was so helpful, went through all the options in my budget, and showed me the different models, explaining everything, and no hard sales tactics. Excellent service and a fair price. Repaired my old lap top and restored my data very quickly. Very pleased and very grateful. Highly recommend and I will be back for a more up to date lap top in the near future. Thank you so much.

Such a scam, don't believe anything he says upon selling. One month warranty for a keyboard didn't work for a second. Yet you don't want to refund me the money, offering 25 pounds instead of 40 as your bill shows, and you are talking about my attitude, you better look at your selling skills first, and fraudulent warranty, this will drive customers away from you, for what, for 15 pounds, I refused to take the 40 pounds sticking to my right, let us see what you will gain from 40 pounds and losing a regular customer, am waiting to see the owner of business whom I know from Kirkgate market before he opens this shop. Trust me this is not over, and it is not about money.

AVOID THIS SHOP!!!!!! I went into this shop to buy a phone. I could have gone to one of many others in town but I chose these guys.Nice as pie when they wanted my money. I went back in the shop a few days later and was met by defensive rudeness when I queried something about the phone. Terrible customer service. Do not buy from these avoid at all cost.

DO NOT GO HERE. I got my phone fixed here in December and it took 5 days for a minor fix. The replaced the screen which wasn't broken, and charged me for it. They didn't replace the fingerprint sensor which means my phone hasn't been able to acknowledge any fingerprints registered. The LCD connector which was broken has still been faulty ever since and today my phone has stopped working again even though I haven't damaged it and it was supposed to have been fixed. I went back there and they wanted to keep my phone for another number of days and charge me for it again.

Brilliant repair on my iPhone 11 the charging port needed replacing and they did it in the time frame they said the phone now charges as it should do , Brilliant would recommend
