Got liquid that was leaking took it back two minutes later. Guy said that I probably dropped it... Was a little bit taken back but was firm I wanted an exchange as I wanted what I paid for. He then rang up his boss and gave me the phone to speak to him? He didn't pick up and ended up getting an exchange. Picked up another nic shot also, got home and it was empty. You don't get what you pay for here, terrible service won't be going back.

Purchased a 100ml bottle of juice & was only half full. I only realised when I opened it up, I took it back to the shop confused that they may have given me a 50ml bottle instead. Just that I paid for 100ml not 50ml was confused & just wanted an explanation that’s all.Just moved to the area & spend a lot of money on vaping. Shame really
