Welcome addition to Leek.Coffee good albeit a little pricey. Our flat whites were tasty but tasted like skimmed milk was used, but that’s a personal preference. Friendly staff, but now come my criticism…As we entered there were 3 staff, quickly down to 2. One on the till and one on drink prep. We had to clear our own table purely because there were no free staff to do so.The plate my pastry was delivered to me on was wet.No napkins avail or offered with drinks, had to ask staff.Many tables had dirty cups on, awaiting cleaning.Happy to see a new business in Leek but need to sort management out as in a small town like Leek, word gets around. Negative or positive.

This is the best Coffee#1 I've visited.Coffee was very good, food was good,much cleaner than the others. A little slow collecting used trays.

Lovely staff. Friendly but run off there feet. Coffee n passion cake was beautiful. Coffee was nice n hot to.

It is a great chain of coffee shops, and this is no exception.Same great coffee as the others I've visited, plenty of space with plugs. I think the staff had been recruited from a modelling agency.

Been twice. Both times service was very slow. Lovely inside though. Really need to stop the excessive chatting behind the counter and concentrate more on the customers. Cake nice and frappe was nice.

Great selection of drinks and cakes. Always busy and the service is always spot on. Hot apple and cinnamon with whipped cream on top is the way to go!

Really nice cinnamon roll, flat white and a pumpkin spice coffee were also really good. Lovely atmosphere! Not a 5 star review as the glass of water we got was a bit dirty, same with a spoon we were given.

Went here for the first time the other day excellent staff food was good nothing was to much trouble as i knocked my drink over and the staff was straight out I offered to clean it up they said no they will do it . Got me another coffee very helpful thank you
