The best customer service I’ve come across in years. Super friendly and professional. Had my phone screen repaired in literally no time and it feels looks and works perfectly. Amazing value as well.

This is a fantastic shop. I needed an iPhone 7 battery replaced. I called in advance to check they could do it. Friendly staff member confirmed they could and quoted me the price. Drove to the shop - tidy and well-equipped - and dropped off the phone. Returned an hour later and collected the phone - now with a new battery and a new screen protector - and paid the bill. Not expensive. Very positive experience. Highly recommended.

Took my iPad mini and iPhone 6 Plus in just before Christmas to mobile solutions to have both screens replaced. I was greeted by one of the technicians he was very clear spoken,well dressed and was able to fix both within the hourhighly recommendedGreat price

I called to get a price for unlocking my iPhone 7. The guy who answered my call was very helpful and gave me a price but then asked whether the phone was on contract (which it was but coming to the end of the contract)He advised that at contract end, the service provider was obliged to unlock the phone at no cost. A check with EE confirmed that the phone was already unlocked, thus saving £30. Their honesty means that I don't need to spend any money with them at present but when the next time comes for a repair/service, they'll be the first port of call

Had my IPhone 6S screen fixed when it was completely shattered. Done in under an hour, great service they were really helpful. I'll definitely be back if I end up breaking it again!

The service offered by Hans at mobile solutions is outstanding. He is knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help. I had a faulty iPhone 6 that many other stores including Apple did not want to touch. Hans fixes it for a very good price. Fully recommend.
