I had the misfortune of a rear bumper accident to my Audi A3 S Line, Daytona grey.On my initial visit, Lucas suggested a machine polish, which removed most of the marks. However, some of the scratches were too deep and required paintwork.I made arrangements with Robert for the repairs - good communication, superb service and works excellently carried out within the agreed time.I would not hesitate to recommend Auto Plaza Ltd London to my friends and family.Furthermore, should I require any future car body works - without hesitation, I would go back to Robert & Lucas.Thank you for your professional service.

I decided to try out this garage after reading all the good reviews. My car needed some body work. I had several quotes for the job. Rob was very good in explaining the details, I felt reassured. The job took longer than estimated as it needed more work, Rob did not charge me extra. Rob and his team tried their best in finishing the job - staying late to ensure I could get the car back in time.I am very happy with the work and service and would be returning for car serving.

I have just had my car repaired at Auto Plaza by Rob and his team. I have to say that they are very good mechanics and body repairers. Rob is very knowledgeable and whilst my car was being worked on, was good at updating me on the progress. The price was extremely competitive and I have decided to get more work done on my car with Rob and his team in the near future.Trust me, if you want excellent workmanship, a price that can not be beaten and excellent communication, go to Auto Plaza as you will not be disappointed. Robert is the most knowledgeable and trustworthy car mechanic I have ever come across. I had a problem with my DPF filter on my diesel Peugeot. Another garage said they would just clean / replace the filter. Another said they would drill a hole through the filter! Robert was able to diagnose the problem causing the DPF to get blocked in the first place and managed to fix it.I will always take my car to Autoplaza.

Great specialists ! Very professional approach to client if it comes to communication and amazing knowledge to diagnose issue , take action and give accurate quote. My BMW convertible with multiple faults of cooling system , roof and window issue has been fixed quickly and for a competitive price comparing to other garages. Rob and his team really know what they doing and I highly recommended them !

I used AutoPlaza to replace pads and discs all round on Hyundai i10 2016, Rob and the team were great. They gave the car a good check over and found that the fan belt needed replacing. This was replaced very promptly and the agreed time frames of the original work were adhered to, even with the additional work.They also worked very patiently with me to arrange collection of the vehicle the next day at a time that suited me.I'd highly recommend AutoPlaza.

Great service! I had a quote for rear pads replacement for Hyundai i30. I was billed exactly the same price as I was quoted for a high quality part. They did the job really quick and were very friendly and professional. I would use the service again in the future.

I had my car fully resprayed back in 2018 and must admit that this guys have pulled a decent job taking care of every little detail including full strip out of all panels and windcreens etc.Safe to say it has had been around 5 years ago and bodywork still looks amazing.Green Audi A5
