We are extremely happy with our new conservatory - we replaced an existing lean-to with a glass bifold area, it looks great and really integrates our kitchen and garden. The workmen were speedy and brilliant and we are really pleased with the quality of the overall finish. We experienced some delays in initially scheduling the work due to Covid and had to follow up various times with Bennbrook, but once arranged all went smoothly and we would definitely recommend.

My experience with Benbrook Windows has been very satisfactory. I had two sets of Windows replaced and the fitters even made good on mess that another company had left behind, much to my dissatisfaction.The team members I interacted with (Keith, Danny, Charlie, Jayne, Dan and Jim) have been very helpful. Due respect was shown to my property that was left clean and tidy.I would gladly recommend Benbrook Windows Ltd to potential customers looking for value for money services.

Horrible, Do not Buy!!!...scam place. They will show different windows, changes your contract after you sign and lies. Vert very poor communication, horrible and boorish people. we file the case against them in small county court, they didn't turned up for mediation service as they own over 6K and waiting to appear in court and spent another £750 to take them to court. So stressful., we have seen their so bad reviews after our incidence and so many people took them to court!!! Be Aware!

Great team that provide good products ! It is amazing how much impact the right front door has on a property. The team helped at each step of the way including aftercare issues which we dealt with quickly and professionally.

We have now used Bennbrook twice and are extremely happy with the service provided and the quality and professionalism of the company.We first had our patio doors replaced. All safety precautions were followed during their visits and we were very happy with the work carried out.We have since had two windows replaced and Chris did a great job of explaining options to us.From quotation to installation dealing with Bennbrook has been very easy.The difference to our property is immense, thank you.

We have used Bennbrooks 3 times now. Excellent work from the boys doing the installation. Finishing touches are top notch and all clean and tidy when the job was complete.

Brilliant service from start to finish and we couldn’t be more pleased with the result. Bennbrooks supplied and fitted all the windows on our house and co-ordinated with the team re-rendering it too. We had a mixture of sash and casements including a complicated conservatory layout, everything looks amazing. Special thanks to Charlie , Keith and their own team of fitters who worked tirelessly to ensure everything was done perfectly. We would have no hesitation whatsoever recommending Bennbrooks, they really do go above and beyond to please. We were also pleasantly surprised that despite having our old windows removed we didn’t have to do any making good to do inside at all, all credit to their own amazing fitters Craig and Michael and the care they took. I used this company to replace a broken porch window, and the whole experience from start to finish was excellent. The staff are friendly, super efficient and professional, and not at all pushy. An appointment for an assessment was booked speedily and an engineer came to assess my broken window. Within a day I had a quotation and all the information I needed to make a decision. The replacement (custom) unit was ordered and available within the stated time, and they rang me to book a fitting appointment. The same engineer who did the initial assessment arrived on time to fit the unit, and it was fitted quickly with no fuss and no mess, and I paid the balance. I am pleased that the same engineer did the assessment and fitting, I always think this is a sign that a company takes quality seriously. Within just a few minutes of paying I was sent the final invoice for my records - such a fast and efficient service. There was no pushy sale or up-sell, but due to this excellent service I would (and will!) use this company again. Their staff, products, and processes are a shining example of how a business should present themselves to the public and I am very pleased with the final effect.

Had a great experience using Bennbrook Windows for replacing our back door. Process of getting someone round to provide a straight forward quote was simple and easy and with no hard sales techniques or selling gimmicks like a special time sensitive quote used to pressure us into the purchase which is a huge turn off from this kind of work for us. The fitter was very pleasant and polite man who worked tidy and efficiently and left the area in a clean state.All in all could not recommend enough and very pleased with the outcome.
