Mr. Pretzels

A lady with a scarf served me and was so rude. They closed in an hour and sed they can only sell the bites which were more expensive. They just seemed so unbothered about customer service I definitely will not be buying from there again

This is a wake up call for the owner of this business!!! the staff you have there working is the most ultimate horrible people you can deal with. the products is so yummy but the service is so S))(*&^%$ that I'll never ever go back there!!! most reason is because you have to respect food and when the manager just throw it on the counter because she feels so is not nice at all. Im gonna be very specific with the manager (her) with the dark blue t-shirt and the guy on the till that looks like is from the sleeping planet.

The one in Broadway is so disorganised! They take the order and payment and then randomly call out who ordered the pretzels!! Today there were about 10 people waiting, most of whom had ordered the same thing; some had gone away an come back so no body knew who had ordered first. I ended up waiting over 10 mins for my order as no one knew who ordered first!! My advice get a receipt with the time on there so there's no confusion. Frustrating! Just have a a simple number system or take the first name of the customer so you know who's order it is.

Got the cinnamon and sugar bites very nice. I wanted the pizza originally server didn't seem to understand so went for cinnamon however very nice would try again. Steep in price but you get lot. Popular place with a lot waiting for orders sometimes mixed up.

We went there around 6 o'clock in the evening , the friend tried to find out if they were open , but the young lady was deaf and could not answer and ignored him . When she finally decided to pay attention to us, we ordered , I waited a long time and watched them , their tin with pretzels burned their whole batch burned, and when I noticed that they were going to give it to me, I was defeated , the pretzels were all brown and smelled of burning , I wanted them to make me new ones, so they refused and claimed that they were fine, that they had been working there for a year . rather they returned my money . I feel sorry for the people who gave them the burnt pretzels from the burnt tin .

They never seem to listen to what you tell them when you order your pretzels! Iv had them over 4 times but dey'v never got it right! Either they lace them with too much chocolate sauce or with too much sugar even though you tell them to take it easy on the sugar or the chocolate!

i ordered some pretzel bites with white choclate sauce and after waiting 20 mins i was presented to them with milk choclate" i said i asked for white choclate and proceded to ask if i would just like both so i agreed as i was getting impatient

I ordered a pretzel with nutella on it. I spoke to the young lady behind the counter and explained that last time i ordered it it was raw from the inside and burnt on the outside. So she looked straight through me. I asked her if she spoke English, which she replied yes.anyway got my pretzel and it was raw again. Wont be coming back. Broadway centre should monitor shops that dont sell decent grub and replace them.

Theyve got an outlet in White Rose Center, had the nutella pretzel many times.
