Abbotts Court

Having seen first hand how this so called home treats it’s staff, I wouldn’t suggest going to work here for a golden cow. Back biting managers, doing everything they can to cover their backsides, while doing a very poor job of actual ‘managing’. The can of worms that could be opened. Could do with an undercover journalist going in and filming so of the stuff that goes on.

My mam lived here for 5years and the staff have been wonderful . We have nothing but admiration for all the care and support they give to all the residents and their families.

Everyone at this home were absolutely fantastic while my mam was there, our family were overwhelmed by the outstanding care my mam received and during her final days I couldn’t of wished for a more caring, gentle, understanding and compassionate members of staff at Abbotts Court. The staff here are amazing and I have nothing but admiration for the important care they do here. Each and everyone are worth their weight in gold.

Poor quality of care to say the least, family concerns raised and nothing done or passed over. Only to be told 2 days later about the concerns we had already raised. No trust, constant worry, Would not recommend!
