Very fast with installation, at first it was just replacing new locks, then he noticed the handle for 1 was loose so got that replaced too. Was very polite, and had a nice chat.

Richard arrived promptly, was very polite and fixed our broken door lock in super quick time. He let me know exactly what he needed to do and left the lock working better than before. I would definitely use again and recommend.

Richard was excellent throughout. He was able to visit the same day I called and completed a lock replacement incredibly quickly. The site was left clean and tidy. I would recommend and would definitely use again.

Richard was very polite, although the job was a lot more complicated than I perhaps made it seem he didn’t rush, made sure everything was done and that I was completely happy. Tidied up and gave reassurance and contact information for any follow up if needed. Would definitely recommend.

Richard was absolutely fantastic, he knew exactly what he was doing , he came prepared. He fixed my door handle very quickly and cleaned the mess afterwards. Richard had great customer service, very polite and a good laugh. I will definitely let family and friends know about him for any joinery jobs doing, and l will be using him for future joinery work. ☺️
