Please do not use this company. They supplied us with a second hand monitor and other equipment when complained their attitude towards us completely changed. We have nothing but problems with their system and worse than that they keep billing us for items that they said was included in the cost. We can now longer use the system at as it is completely rubbish. Their latest scam is to bill us £120 for so called cloud use. We have refused to pay this so the have turned the till off!! So we have paid £1850 for a redundant system that was a nightmare to use any. We will now look for a new supplier rather than a held ransom to their demands! The website they made was a joke, the till system constantly messes around and now we can’t use it at all. We will be contacting trading standards about this company. Please find another supplier!!!

Excellent all round! We took on an eatPOS system when we opened up three and a half years ago and it's been great. The system is fit for what we need for and the after care support has been great; Puja and Sawan have been so so helpful every time we have contacted them. With a few teething problems initally and a few issues that have cropped up in between, the support team have been quick to respond with solutions and have been fexible enough to work around times that suit us and our business hours. The team has also given us system upgrades that have been part of the package. Thanks to everyone at eatPOS - highly recommend!

Really poor Comapany. Service is like there Giving you favores but really there just a one man band.When you ring for service there just at home eating dinner. They want money every time you ring. Bought a system from them that cost £7 thousand pounds and they keep trying to get us to buy a support package. Who in the right mind need a support package when buying new tills? This should come complimentary when spending so much money with them in the first place.I’ve had new tills installed in various premises since 1999 and I’ve never had to program one before, I’m a publican and restaurant owner not a computer person that programs tills, nor do I want to sit in the back office programming items in when I need to be giving top quality customer service.I had to program every item we had in stock, this isn’t my job.The tills was app based and used online so if the WiFi or internet went down the kiss your business goodbye.I had super fast internet installed and had to have it configured numerous times because they kept saying our WiFi and internet wasn’t working properly. Cost of this was waste of money as there was nothing wrong with our connection.We have moved to a better company that have re used the 4 tills and the 3 tablets we have and reprogrammed them. Guess what? We have had no problems at all, it’s like a breath of fresh air.Sorry spin off Eatpos but your company is a load of sh#t. I wish I had never found your company and you have wasted my money.Don’t get stuck in the same trap people.Paula and saga shame on you.It’s time to face the music.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend eatPOS, and indeed have to a number of businesses. I have been working with eatPOS for a number of years now, and I have always been very impressed both with the software and the service.The software does exactly as promised. We have quite a complex menu which the system handles with ease. I am not very techy but even I have managed to input my menu from scratch, with only a little hand-holding from Sawan. Which brings me onto service....on the rare occasion we have had problems which need to be addressed immediately (and let me assure you this is normally something I have done, not a system issue!) Sawan and the team have always been very quick to respond and resolve the issue. The big thing that sets these guys aside from some of the other POS providers, is that they listen, take on board feedback, and even act on it if they feel it could help other users. They are constantly striving to make their product the best! Keep up the good work, guys!

From my initial enquiry in January to receiving my new Till last week, the service and support from Paula at EatPOS has been first class. We are using this system in a Tearoom with only 42 seats and so far it's been great. Once set up, you are able to adapt and change menu buttons, and add or remove items. My staff were a little sceptical to begin with, but now love how quick it is to use and easy to pick up. I have an issue with integrating with QuickBooks, but am sure that this will be just as quickly resolved as my other queries by Paula and the support team. If you are considering an electronic system, I would recommend you give them a call!

We have been using eatpos for the last 10 months. The team are great, fantastic support, we had glitches setting up the system initially however Paula and the team were at the other end of a phone day and night until the system was running silky smooth.Highly recommend

Had a printing issue at 8.00pm on a Friday night, sent off for tech help, fearing that it would be down all weekend. The technician was promptly on the case and resolved my issue within minutes. I was back running having no impact on my business. Fantastic service

good customer service & support. Received system late 2018 (november I believe) and paid for menu entry which I was skeptical about at first. However the team at eatpos managed to get it right, with add-ons put on too. When I received the system someone accessed my till from their office to ensure everything was okay and they even put the table layout on the system so that I was ready to go.We had a few things to change (menu items, where things printed) which they resolved with no issue (special thanks to Sam who was helpful throughout). I like how things can be done remotely as opposed to a technician having to physically come out, as technicians coming in especially during service can be a bit awkward with systems I have had in the past.I may eventually opt for online ordering which I hope they can do with the same level of support I am currently receiving!

Emailed eatPOS at 5.20pm on a Friday with a new category I had created not printing, had a reply by 5.48pm saying they had fixed it. My other till provider would take at least 2 days to even look at the email. Fantastic service eatPOS!!

I have been using EATPOS for over 1 year. I was looking for a system for my new business and was recommended EATPOS by a mentor. We contacted EATPOS who talked us through the all the feature and immediately found that the system was a good fit for our business whilst being flexible for any specific requirements. We have just worked with them again to extend the system after our first years trading to cover our growth needs.We are a 60 cover restaurant with a separate grab & go cafe so a fairly complex setup
