Absolutely disgusting the way that the staff go on especially a worker called mike who likes to try and embarras people and like discussing peoples medication in front of other custimers in the shop and likes to think he can play god and looks down his nose at people and surrounds him self with young girls who work there as if je is better than other people and he should not be working jn a public facing role as he doesnt know how to act properly around others

Worst pharmacy in South Shields literally a cat could heard a bunch of elephants up the Tyne better than these clueless Muppets. Do yourself a favour and just register at a different pharmacy

Reasonably good service when I go but I don’t really need three texts informing me they will tell me when my meds are ready and three more asking me to leave a review!

Staff looked a bit terrified of Sunil the boss, he was rude arrogant and showd no respect dignity or care for anyone. A very rude little man. Heard he's gone hope it's true.

Terrible experience every single time. All of the customers in the que saying how bad it is since it changed hands. I've only been since it changed hands because my regular pharmacy closed down but its diabolical. They never have the prescription ready and have to search for it. Sometimes saying they don't have it, then about 20 minutes later somehow finding it. There's only been about one in ten times I've been and got the full prescription. Every other time I've had to go elsewhere or go back another day to collect the rest.One time they couldn't find my prescription and I was spoken to terribly by someone who I suspect was the manager and told I shouldn't leave it til 15 minutes before closing to come in. But that's their opening times so shouldn't I be able to come in that time frame if it's open. Especially when I don't finish work any earlier. Phone ringing constantly but they don't answer it. They will blame covid but every other pharmacy such as boots at the nook and carter's are fantastic. Won't be returning and I advise you not to either but if you do, take a thermal hat gloves and flask as they are that unorganised you will be standing in the cold for at least 30 minutes with the whole que complaining about how much it's went down hill! Not what you need when you or a family member is unwell!

Go in on Monday for prescription 14 day course ask to call back Friday to collect second half of prescription told wasn’t available yet. Common sense if you need 14 day course only given 7 day due to need to mix 1 bottle at a time, order the next dose ahead of a collection day

Fab pharmacy, lovely modern waiting area always spotless. Staff are fantastic, always happy to help over the phone and when you go in, They have a little room now as well if you want to talk to the pharmacist about anything! Never have to wait long anymore 10/10

No card machine. Cash only in a pandemic and 2021!! Stuck in the olden days I presume. Luckily I had a £10 note in my phone case (which is very rare) otherwise I would have taken my service elsewhere. Member of staff was pleasant enough, but I won’t be returning for my next prescription.

Went in and asked one of the assistants if there was a prescription for me. She was then told by the owner or manager" that it would be ready tomorrow. She wasn't even allowed to look to see if it was there. What a horrible arrogant
