I’m a new customer to this salon and I am really impressed and can’t wait to return. They listened carefully to what I wanted, made sure I was comfortable, explained when the stylist changed and what they were doing, and asked me questions to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. Lovely surroundings and attention to detail, refreshments offered and lots of choice, massage chairs and pristine customer areas. I expect you’ll have to book far in advance but they are worth the wait - top class.

Wonderful first time experience! Friendly staff, easy parking, and very pleasant atmosphere in the salon. I was made to feel very welcome and my hair stylist listened carefully to all my questions and answered them. The hair wash felt particularly luxurious with massage chair and head massage! Absolutely fantastic salon! Nicki first off saved me by cutting out a huge welded section of my hair after a reaction to box dye on Thursday, then today Hope managed to keep alot of the length and restyled it for me. I did think I'd have to have a pixie type cut so was very upset and worried however that wasn't the case. Thanks so much to all of you but especially Hope for making me feel much better and my hair looks the healthiest it's been in years!

I am a bit disappointed with my experience at the salon. I am new in this area, just moved from Reading a week ago. I found the Halo hair salon online and after reading the reviews decided to give it a go. When I walked into the salon the lady at the reception greeted me with smile and gave a warm welcome. But the hair stylist she didn’t even introduce herself, no attempt to make any conversation with me throughout the service. Barely saw her smiling which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. The only conversation I had with the hairstylist is how I want to cut my hair and while cutting my hair what she was doing with my hair each step other than that she was silent throughout the 50mins appointment.I don’t know, I felt like I am not welcomed, I don’t belong there.The hairstyle was nice, what I expected it to be.The salon gave me a 50% discount as a first time client.However I am not revisiting the salon just didn’t like the way I was treated during the service.I better drive 40 mins and visit my regular hair salon where I always feel welcomed.

We are always well looked after here. I take both my boys for their haircuts. They used to really struggle, but because they feel so comfortable here, they are completely fine. The staff are all really friendly and go above and beyond for their customers
