Omg as we walked in the shop. We asked to see something. It was handed to us by the older man my wife tryd it on and we got told of for trying to bungle on he was going mad told us we should have asked first. I think he should have a sign saying look but don't try anything on. Very bad service. Never go there again. I needed to get something gold for my grandughter. But its all good experience.

Great service and help from Ebru, thank you for making it an easy and straight forward process. :) Ebru helped us understand the weight and price of gold, how they work and the pricing is carried out. Everything was professionally explained and carried out.Will definitely be coming back to buy and sell in the future.One kind suggestion is that the older gentleman (owner) should probably consider being friendly and explanatory as well as transparent with his gold dealings.Customer service and friendliness will go a long way like it did with Ebru and Ogulcan (the son). :)

I ordered a chain with my name and father who died last yr. The person I met was called halil he aunderstood my sentimental attschment to the cgsin ,He was so kind and helped me through the process nothing was ever too much. My chain came on time and it's my pride. Thank you so much I will definitely come back.xxx

There are two people working there I think father and son, first time when I bought a bracelet it has ripped and I ask them to fix it but they destroyed the little ladybird on it and charged me 10£ and when I received it and it has ripped again in the first hour and and the son said we will fix it for you again this time free of charge, when I come back the shop was closed for two months without any notice, when shop open finally I went to receive the bracelet and the asked me for another 10 £ with the bad behaviour and not any apology for two months delay. Today my partner bought a necklace for me as a gift and they told her that if she want she can bring it back, when I saw the necklace it was very small for my neck and very girly, I didn't want the bracelet and when we get there to refund our money in the same day again father jumped between the son and us and said nooooo we can't refund it and if you want you can change it with another chain that will pay the difference but they will deduct the VAT by 20% and buy the necklace cheaply and sell the other chain more expensive! Finally they offer refund with deductions of 20% .I didn't know my partner going to buy a gift from this scammers otherwise I would stopped her. Not suggesting at all.

Went there last week, fantastic customer service , there was a dad and a son , very helpful and very quality jewellery, I walked out happy and I am sure you will walk out happy too!

Will NEVER step foot into this shop again. The old man always looks and acts SO ANGRY. Every single jeweller on the road know me as I am a frequent customer and treat me nicely always welcoming back back. Today I thought I'd give this shop one more chance to buy something and once AGAIN he was rude. I tried on a bracelet and he removed it off my hand so roughly. He didn't even bother to say Bye"
