Quick Alterations and Tailoring

Altered my 7 trousers on same day with no extra cost during the pandemic. The quality of the work is outstanding and they follow the government guideline on social distancing, masks, sensitiser, hand washing. I really felt save and impressed by watching how much they care about their customers.During the pandemic the only safe place to alter your clothing with no extra cost. Try their service and I am sure you won’t regret.

Can't recommend these guys enough. They got me out of a real fix. My trousers had split during a Sunday matinee show and I needed them fixed ready for the evening performance. These guys had it done in 10min to an excellent standard and for a very reasonable fee. If I'm ever in need again I know where I'll go!

They did a very good job of quickly altering our wedding suits for us- recommend them for alterations in a rush. Make sure you call ahead to check if you need something done very quickly.

Impromptu visit last year to alter a holiday set. Guys were all really lovely. Fantastic, swift service. Planned to revisit, however due to COVID-19 was unable to. Highly recommend, especially if you work in the central London area.

Took a pair of brand new trousers in at 14:15, collected them at 17:00 and they are perfect. I had just purchased the last size that fit my waist but we’re too long, they took them up and tapered the leg. I risked not trying them on in the shop as I was in a rush but there was no need to worry the job was amazing, highly highly recommended!!

Have used this business 3 years ago and this year for complex, short notice alterations. They are fantastic and timely with the orders and the end results were better than I could have asked for!

The quality of the alteration is far less than acceptable. I bought 6 Loro Piana pants for shortening the length. This is the most basic alteration I believe. However, the stitch line was not even straight and they didn’t even change the colour of thread to match the pants. And many stitches are overlapped.The owner of the shop said I didn’t ask for “premier” quality. The quality I’m expecting is just something very basic. Customer need to pay the “premium” to get the stitching lines straight? This is joke......I asked them to stop after finishing the third pants and they wanted to charge me the others that have have already been cut but not finished yet........The owner also didn’t want to give me a receipt so that I wouldn’t have a record.....The experience I have here is horrendous. Please go to other place for alterations if you have choices.

Used to come here all the time, GREAT service. Went back recently and the entrance is blocked off for construction - is there a new location?

Would give no stars if possible. Took my dress in to have a lining added as it is too sheer to wear. Arrived to collect the dress (which is for a wedding tomorrow) and after 10 minutes of searching the dress was located, crumpled in a pile, and no work had been started. Took the dress in 5 days ago and was assured it would be no problem to complete in time. No apology at the complete and utter failure to deliver. Would not give these people your business.
