Paul came to the rescue when my new radiator leaked (this was not fitted by Paul I hasten to add). I thought I would be left all weekend with a leaky radiator, but he came out on Saturday and repaired it for me. A lovely guy with very reasonable prices, especially as this was out of hours. We have now asked Paul to do our gas servicing, I would highly recommend.

We had our approximately 10 year old Vaillant EcoTec system checked in July so we will be ready to use the central heating when the colder weather arrives. Paul from Gaspoint came and did a thorough job servicing the Vaillant boiler. While performing the servicing Paul spotted small leaks coming from two rubber hoses inside the unit -so we had those replaced to avoid problems with leaks inside the boiler later this year.

Paul serviced our boiler and found a few problems (too long a story to tell) which he professionally rectified. He's an amazing guy, exceedingly conscientious, hard working, methodical and proficient at what he does. He doesn't leave anything to chance. We highly recommend Paul and will be using him again for the next boiler service, next year. He's definitely a genuine one in a million guy. Thank you Paul.

We are renovating a property and had an old style vented central heating system that wasn't working very well. The boiler was also housed in one of the bedrooms taking up space. We were looking for a heating engineer that could strip out the old system and replace it with a modern unvented system that would provide both central heating and hot/cold water under rising main pressure to the whole house. With an unvented system, you need a G3 qualified engineer to do the work and so our search began. We decided on Gaspoint and it was a really good decision. Paul was so helpful and professional, and nothing was too much trouble. The work was done to a very high standard and very quickly. We have used Gaspoint on several occasions, which included a complete new central heating boiler and new radiators. The installation was further complicated as the 'minefield' of some older plumbing by others that had to be negated. The approach has always been professional, with the provision of a confident and reassuring service. Paul provides a first class level of service and knowledge which I would recommend to anyone.

New boiler after faults on my existing one needed replacing and were patched up at short notice last month while the work could be scheduled. From initial quotes to working being completed, Paul provided an excellent and professional service, and I often felt he went the extra step to make the work have the least impact in my home including tidying as if he’d never been here, removing all the packaging and rubbish, quietly getting on with the work while I worked from home, and even painting a patch of wall that was exposed when the boiler was moved to a new placement and adding a new wooden base at the bottom to the cupboard.I find having people in to do any work on the house overwhelming due to being visually impaired, but Paul shared everything I needed to know and I trusted his opinions, honesty and expertise - especially on things I cannot always see to fully understand. He recommended replacing two radiators to be double radiators to make the house more heating efficient which was done at the same time. I will continue to use him to service the boiler and would highly recommend him and his company as I couldn’t have asked for a better service.

I have used Paul and Gaspoint to annually service my domestic gas boiler for many years now. He has often gone beyond this, by helping to balance the radiator system in what is an old and complex listed building with a central heating systen installed long before my wife and I bought the house. I find Paul amenable, helpful, dependable, likable, reliable and thoroughly professional. Needing a Gas Safe engineer to divert a gas pipe, I contacted Paul after reading reviews. I'm glad I did, as I was so impressed with his whole demeanor and gas plumbing ability. He did a superb job of completing tricky pipework. He is punctual, polite, tidy and his workmanship is of the highest standard.
