I was there close to closing time. After I chose my underware they told me that it is too late to try it....? I was dissapointed . They could say sorry we are closing soon before I did my choise . I didn't know what time it was as I entered the shop and sad hello to the staff.

Prices are fab, but I’d rather pay full price than be asked like 4 times if I want help underwear shopping - it’s a little inappropriate, and what got me most is I told them literally 4 times “no, I’m fine” and didn’t get left alone, they basically followed myself and my partner around the store.I understand asking in the normal half of the store, but please don’t ask people if they want help in the underwear section - I bet you’d feel a little awkward if we said yes! Probably won’t return because I’d rather shop in peace - working in retail myself I’d say this store is heavily targeted on sales... even underwear sales - madness!

Service ok, prices a bit much even for factory outlet. Don't like seeing staff standing around doing nothing when there's a queue regardless of the business. Range felt a bit limited.
