Ordered online, so not through an ENJOpreneur, and found the process simple and easy.My parcel arrived sooner than expected - so, very quickly! - even with the unscheduled bank holiday that seems to have delayed everyone else. The items were well packed and the packaging is fully recyclable.I have used Enjo products for more than 15 years, so I have full faith in their ability. I must say though, that I do not like the feel of the kitchen and bathroom sponges and would not have bought them if I had handled them before purchasing.Otherwise, I am very happy to be able to clean chemical-free!If you haven't used Enjo - it's a better, streak free clean. Perfect for a lazy perfectionist who cares about their health, environment and wallet!
