I'm a Landlord and inherited Linley & Simpson when my previous letting agent sold the business.I've been incredibly impressed with all aspects of the service from the initial handover to a recent tenant change. Maintenance issues are reported and dealt with promptly and I'm always kept in the loop. Account statements are also refreshingly simple.We recently had a tenant change and Charlotte and the rest of the lettings team have been wonderful and have kept the void period very short and both the outgoing and incoming tenants happy. I've no hesitation in recommending Linley & Simpson.

Very friendly, patient and helpful staff. Charlotte was very helpful throughout and kept us updated as we progressed from viewing stage through to renting the property. Maintenance enquires seem to be picked up quickly so far and the online inventory form is probably the easiest I’ve completed compared to processes used by other agents.
