A Circet Engineer was working on my neighbours system. He left a present in our shared driveway, 10 nails and 1 screw just the sort of stuff my car and motorbike are attracted to. I tried to add photo but its not working.

For the most part I guess they did an ok job but they finished over a week ago and have left the pathway outside my house open. It is dangerous and unsightly, I think they have forgotten to come back and finish it. I can't get the local office to answer the phone so I have sent an email through the website. Failing that I will phone the Scottish office next week, I am in northern Ireland.

During lockdown one in March 2021 KN circet dug up Road beside my house. The workmen left 3 plastic barriers behind. No attempt made to collect them. Barriers still on alley behind my house. Going on 2 years now. I have phoned several times both to company and council. Disgraceful

Absolute joke of a company. Waiting 2 months for a line to be brought into a building. Would not recommend this bunch of eejits

Not a customer, these guys dug up the telephone cable cut everyone off, told no one cleared off. I tried to contact them, put in a queue for 40 minutes, got cut off, put in a queue for 40 minutes, got caught off, rang again was told I was being put through to escalations" in queue for 30 minutes

Had a great experience there with an engineer outside my house. My internet knocked off briefly and I asked how long it would take to fix, and the gentleman came down to make sure the connection was back up and running and was beyond helpful. So impressed and I didn't get the guys name but to the man who helped out in Ashbury - thanks so much!

Banbridge area. Engineer booked on behalf of BT and Openreach to install a phone line and fibre. I was told to expect a 30min heads up" call

Today engineer said i have no service in the house which is very interesting because my neighbourghs have it. I know its cold and raining.
