Shockingly rude business owner. I called from another country to get my mother in law’s carpets cleaned while she was in hospital. He completely dismissed me and just about put the phone down on me. Would not recommend.

Very poor experience, perhaps some education on customer service and attitude - for information I asked him not to do the job as he was clearly a very agitated man who I didn't want in my house. Very dissapointing

Great service and results which I am extremely happy with. Kindly and helpfully collected and delivered the 3 chinese rugs even put the large rug which would have been too heavy for my elderly mum to do back in place for her. Would definitely recommend and will use again in future.
