I ordered a Hofats spinning silver fire lantern with some bioethanol gel from Harbour a little while ago - it's been fantastic! Beautiful product which adds a bit of warmth and fun to my home. My only regret is not buying more!

I purchased the PergoSTET Pergola from Harbour Lifestyle in November 2022, drawn in by the product's award-winning status and Harbour Lifestyle's stellar reputation.Since then, I've encountered an issue that has impacted my overall enjoyment of the pergola. Despite this setback, I've been in close contact with the Harbour Lifestyle team who have acknowledged the problem and are actively working towards a swift resolution.Despite these initial issues, I appreciate the efforts of Harbour Lifestyle to rectify the situation. I'm eager to see the outcome of their proposed solution. This ongoing resolution process reaffirms their commitment to customer satisfaction and product quality. I will update this review as the situation evolves.

Ordered a parasol on ‘back order’ and were kept informed throughout. The courier company ‘misplaced’ it, but Harbour staff were extremely helpful and were able to track it and ensure it’s safe delivery. A faulty zip was present when I unpacked it, but they not only sent a replacement immediately, they sent out a much better quality one from a third party.Things go wrong occasionally, but Harbour dealt with the issues promptly and without fuss. I’ll happily use them again.

Ordered large parasol and granite base. Was delivered to a safe place (safe being infront of my garage door so I couldn’t get anything out ) . All looks good on photos but what they don’t tell you is the 120kg base does not come with its castors bolted on and comes on a pallet the right way up. Flipping over a 120kg piece of volcano is no mean feat and requires a lot of safety awareness unless you have a resident Geoff Capes (80s reference to very strong bloke) at home. Also the main interfaces to use the parasol ie foot peddle and handle are plastic which I doubt are UV resistant so whilst the rest looks pretty durable I’m expecting these bits to deteriorate and break at some point unless stored In the shade .

I bought a parasol & base that arrived dirty, stained and with a faulty mechanism. I presume that I was sent someone else's unwanted returns. Despite sending two sets of photos and explaining the issue, Harbour Lifestyle haven't resolved this situation. The emails I've received from Tatiana in customer services have been super alienating. I get the sense HL is just stalling to avoid having to resolve the issue: asking for multiple sets of photos, asking for a video, asking me to try cleaning the stains, etc. All without suggesting any form of resolution.I do hope I am able to update this review to reflect the resolution but I am not hopeful based on the responses I've received so far.

Ordered a large parasol and cover. I have to say that the product quality is excellent. There was a delivery hiccup, but they have a WhatsApp response which was very impressive and sorted it immediately. Impressed. I've ordered something else.

I purchased a pizza oven and i must say is amazing! The gas burner attachment makes it super easy to heat up and its ready in just a few minutes! Highly recommend.

Had to constantly chase for delivery date after 10 days....1 slat was slightly damaged. I said I would live with it & was told that the matter would be reported to the Manager. Not being pedantic but I paid £3,999 up front. Perhaps even a £10 voucher would have shown concern. I wish I had demanded a replacement!
