Wonderful service for our new DRU fire. Friendly and extremely helpful staff. The best price I could find anywhere in the UK. Our fire arrived in perfect condition an a pallet, very well packaged and over 2 weeks earlier than expected. I can also recommend their after sales advice on accessories. They were very helpful indeed when I wanted an optional transformer. Thank you Fireplace Superstore!

Really pleased with our new fire. We wanted to replace an old fire quickly so we could decorate. Great choice of fires. The staff in the store were very helpful and suggested Dom to fit it. Dom was fantastic. He managed to find a day the following week to instal and when he realised the new fireplace was a little smaller, made good the wall around sufficient for us to wallpaper. Would highly recommend Dominic Malone as a fitter and the Fireplace Superstore.
