Went in to get help with a flat/failing battery. Guy not interested to help despite the 'got a problem? drop in' sign outside. Wouldn't even look at the car to suggest what needed fixing, let alone helping with an actual fix despite having over an hour before closing and he was not busy (at the time he was just wandering around). He advised he was just covering the branch and is normally based at Plymouth, suggesting that he was doing us a favour to just for being there.... Would not return

Nathan was friendly, easy to talk to and really helped me out fixing a light bulb for me. This is the second time I have had help for minor repairs with quick, kind, expert help. They are never too busy to help out, and are professional about how they interact with the public. Great service.

1st time I have used the auto services. I was very impressed. Booked car in for major service and MOT. All went well. I loved getting the health report and based on that, I have arranged to get the timing belt and bits done. Got a little discount on having the spark plugs changed as well and going for the free air con diagnostics. Our has not worked for a couple of years.I would think I may well be going there often for future work.Anthony, the manager, is very good to deal with.Nigel.

I booked the 10-point winter check, which was a free offer. The service was prompt, friendly and thorough. I received clear guidance on the condition of my tyres with a percentage wear, so I can gauge more easily when I need to replace them. The mechanic was helpful answering questions, and fixed the light in my boot free of charge. I received an email with a clear run-down of what was checked. Very good service.

Staff are helpful and will go out of their way to help you. Very good service. Parking can be an issue, but if you book up an appointment, you should have no problems. Very reasonably priced.

Very helpful staff here. I had phoned up snout a new battery and they had one in stock at a good price. When I got there they did a free check and found out the battery was not the problem so did not have to buy one. Saved a lot of money. Thanks Halfords!!!
