Great service, I will be returning soon.I had a full set of acrylic nails done and a gel pedicure. The salon is clean, the beauticians are friendly and professional, and will accommodate your needs. I am very happy with the way my nails and pedicure came out!

A great shop which i have gone to repeatedly for quite some time. Always friendly and up to trying different designs I choose. I would and do recommend this shop to others. It will not disappoint!

Worst Salon experience ever! SNS lasted two days before peeling. Having returned once for a fix up I went to get them removed after a week. No apologies, very rude service and burnt my fingers with the remover and then wanted to charge me for the pleasure.

I go to Hannah regularly for the past couple of years. I am pretty specific about how I want my acrylics done (shape etc) and she does them exactly the way I ask. Also no bleeding cuticles etc which I have had at some other places.

So you apparently can email them … the form on their website is not working so there it is:HelloI literally just got a mani pedi gel that I paid £85 for let’s be honest, a poor job.My boyfriend had a 20min pedicure that costed £30 for a job that was very quickly and poorly done also.I came a few times and was always happy but today I was disappointed.We wanted to start with a pedicure together when the lady who did the one for my boyfriend said to her colleague « we will start with the pedicure » she rolled her eyes and seemed bothered. She came without saying even hello nor even looking at me so I’ve said « Hello » so she acknowledge me and she seemed surprised but replied at least. She applied the polish, only 2 layers but it was too light ( it always happens with bubble Bath) but she didn’t even ask me if I was ok with it, she started with the top coat so I kindly ask « can I please have another layer it seems quite light what do you think » she closed the top coat rather annoyed and put it violently on the little table not even looking at me or responding so I asked her « excuse me could you please at least respond to me or look at me?? » at this point I wanted to go but I stayed. No massage, poor exfoliation…. I went on with the manucure.. she hurt me on 2 nails when doing the cuticule, I’ve said it’s painful she did say sorry. She keep being rude and telling me not to move showing she was really annoyed and sometimes she was trying to start a conversation- was a bit hot and cold. I had to ask for an exfoliation which was poorly done it literally lasted 5 seconds as well as the « massage » if we can call this a massage. She applied the cuticule oil and just left it like that, I had to massage it into my own finger nails!!! Like she clearly didn’t want to be there or care about the job.I left the salon, the job was not neat, I had to reshape my nails when I went home, the result is not even and I had to clean my feet nails myself as she didn’t even clean them. I don’t think that’s normal. Really disappointed, I don’t know who will read this but honestly I willNot be coming back - maybe tomorrow if my nail polish goes away to ask for a fix because this is not well done. But definitely gutted by the experience.

I visited IMAGES while visiting a friend in the area and I’m so happy I stumbled across it. I got a wax from Hannah and it was the best waxing experience I’ve ever had.Came back the next day for a pedicure and was impressed again but the comfort, cleanliness and service. Thank you!

Got a full set of acrylics here and I absolutely love it! The staff were really nice and monica was really friendly to me and kept me busy . I will come back soon !

Worst salon experience I have ever had. The women in the salon were very rude. She grabbed my hands and treated them very roughly - almost painful and broke my nail with rough clipping. Didn’t ask what shape I wanted, she then rolled her eyes throughout the process and made me feel so awkward and uncomfortable. I couldn’t leave the salon quick enough and ended up with very poor quality job - bits of nail that she had clipped still hanging off without being properly filed.
