I absolutely LOVE going to my PT sessions with Rose. She is clearly so passionate about her work and that always shows. I have some medical issues and she has made sure to adapt things in a way that suits my body. I initially started out feeling like I desperately needed to change the way I look (and that still stands to a certain degree), but Rose has helped me to realise that actually it’s more than that, it’s about how I feel…and I now feel stronger than ever! I really feel like she believes in me and that belief is infectious.As well as this, being able to take my little boy to sessions with me has been invaluable. I couldn’t have done it otherwise. I love it, not only for practical reasons but because I like that I’m setting an example. He loves to come with me and Rose has been so relaxed and accommodating when I’m getting requests from a toddler for a banana etc.Thank you Rose!

I trained with Rose for around 6 months while attending The Better Body Club and since July the online coaching. I tried group fitness before and never liked it as coaches would make everyone do the same, same weight, same pace etc. I am so glad I found Rose, I have gained muscles, lost centimetres and feel great overall physically and mentally. Rose has great knowledge regarding fitness and nutrition, she is non-judgemental and really wants the best for you. I can always go back to her for advice whether I have a question or am unsure about something. It's amazing having someone that supports you the way Rose does to reach your goal.

I was looking for a female PT and found Rose on Facebook. I had a very clear idea about what I wanted to achieve and when I spoke to Rose I knew I'd made the right choice. She's very knowledgeable and I felt straight away I was in safe hands. One thing I love about my sessions is that she constantly challenges me but she does it in such a way that it feels empowering. I leave sessions feeling strong and ready to face the week. Highly recommend Rose to anyone looking to improve their health and fitness.

Rose is a brilliant Personal Trainer, I would highly recommend her. She is motivating, inspiring and passionate about what she does. She pushed me beyond what I thought were my limits and made me believe in myself. I never felt embarrassed for not knowing what to do and she would always demonstrate and help me do the exercises correctly. Rose really helped me with my breathing techniques and educated me on my food also. I appreciate your help throughout my fitness journey X

Rose is amazing! I can honestly say I enjoy every session and always have a laugh!The atmosphere is so welcoming that I never felt out of place right from the start - even though I had never attempted this type of exercise before.The group sessions are perfect and a good size to ensure you get the attention to improve performance and form.

Rose is amazing! I've tried boot camps/classes previously and none of them compare. Rose is so supportive, encouraging and friendly, and genuinely wants the best for you. She keeps the exercises fun and tailors each station to suit the individual. I love going to the better body club and for the first time EVER I actually look forward to exercising. ❤

I have just started my first monthly boot camp with Rose last week and I have already arranged to attend for the second month. Rose pushes you to your limits and helps you to get the most out of her training, I feel like I am progressing after each class and I look forward to attending the next one. The training environment is very comfortable, Rose is approachable and she is extremely knowledgeable about her role. I would recommend Rose to anyone looking for a personal trainer!

I trained with Rose for 6 months and attended The Better Body Club. I have always been into fitness and strength training and tried lots of different classes previously. I am so glad I went to Rose, I am physically so much stronger, lost inches and almost a stone in weight. Rose has a wealth of knowledge regarding fitness and nutrition, she is non-judgemental and really wants the best for you. I needed help with a training plan for the Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge as I didn't have the first idea of what I needed to do. From first contacting Rose she puts you at ease and doesn't bamboozle with 'gym' speak. Everything from signing up for online coaching through to using the apps was simple. Doing the coaching online requires lots of self discipline but with Rose's support via weekly check ins and calls, any questions get quickly answered. Overall in the 12 weeks or so I worked with Rose I managed to increase my strength and fitness levels, lose overall 13.5 and at the time of writing this review feeling confident that I am going to complete the 3 Peak Challenge. Rose is a marvellous coach and I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to improve their fitness and see real results."

I have been apart of the Better Body Club for three months and have loved joining a supportive community. Rose is fantastic, she has pushed and challenged me every session. I have made amazing progress in such a short space of time and I’ve never felt more confident in myself and my body. I highly recommend TWR.
