Manager was very unprofessional and rude.Delivery driver can’t care any less. Have been waiting for delivery all day, driver just left without any phone call.Deliberate poor service

As I work all week, I waited in all day Saturday after being assured by phone that drivers were coming to uplift. No-one came or called to tell me. Eventually got hold of staff member one evening by phone who said he'd sort it out n get back to me. This was last week and I'm still waiting for that call. I will donate elsewhere in future as they clearly do not care as much as they make out. Really disappointed.

Just out of shop my partner bought wee coffee table staff were first class!!!lady got us a taxi and young man carried table to taxi!!! Thank you all so much!!!!brilliant staff and service!!!!

Was able to grab some nice furniture for a new flat on a student budget. Excellent delivery service. I booked a day to deliver and they called on the day about 15 min ahead letting me know when they would be there. Bought the furniture up and put it where I needed it, absolutely worth the extra fee as I couldn’t have moved it all on my own

Went in to purchase a TV the Person Mark was nice he said if there was anything wrong with the TV to take it back. When I got home I tried tuning it in but wouldn’t work so took it back and Mark swapped it with another TV at £10 more great place definitely going back amazing place

Stuff is very good but expensive. I went to buy a rug but got it cheaper online and with no delivery charge. Perfect kitchen air fryer same price as online. Coffee table excellent condition but same price online and free delivery. I'm ready to spend money on a good cause but let's be honest we should get a little bit off.That's £400 they could have had from me but with the present climate I want value for money.I actually went down to volunteer as I havegood DIY skills and I am retired but I want to help people.Thanks Robert

Joke of a place orders a tablet which I thought was the one I seen it store was it heck all flat packed and won’t screw up properly phoned store up promised a call back didn’t happen had to call back didn’t even get to speak to the manager how rude then told if u could take the item back why should I ? Anyway got it sorted for Tuesday but what’s annoying me as the same coffee table is actually the same price online and bet I’d have no fault first time as a first time customer in any of there stores I’ll never step foot in the place again
