We have been having problems with our front and inner porch doors since moving to Four Marks last November. Contacted Dave and within 3 hours he arrived and fixed both doors. They are now working as they should. Quick and efficient. Highly recommended.

Booked this guy to change our locks after a tenant left. We had to change the appointment twice as the tenant was being difficult. Rockhopper were great about that, did a fantastic job and much cheaper than national companies. Brilliant, cannot fault the job, the quality or the service.

Absolutely superb service. Our lock completely broke in the peak of summer only a few weeks into us being in our new family home. I had no food for our 11 month old baby and had work calls to get on to. My husband called Dave and he arrived within 30 mins and we were in the house in 5 mins. Professional, courteous, friendly and so understanding… I would recommend in a heart beat. And if we ever had that situation again he would be on speed dial. Not many people are empathetic in their trade. He is… and it stands for a lot!! He called my husband after everything was sorted which was also just a lovely thing to do and really respectful. Dave was brilliant at responding to our enquiry and managed to sort out the broken lock on our back door, despite the door company having gone out of business in 2008! After giving us temporary access, he was able to find a new mechanism and replace it the next day. Fantastic customer service, can thoroughly recommend.
