Scottish Water

I traveled through Scotland last year. The tap water in the hotel in Inverness was fantastic. So cold and refreshing. Not sure why it stood out as the best. When you travel from place to place you drink a variety and bottled as well. I filter mine here in Australia as it is heavily chlorinated and the dam water has a real earthy taste. Anyway, I think I would go back just for the water!
