This is from Neville speakes age85 tosue the receptionist for her compassion and understanding. She excellent in all aspects of her job, its a shame more young people who work there Do not take a example of caring from her experience and work example. Can't thank you enough for your warmth caring and compassion. The phone system is terrible. Instead of putting the caller in a queue....your phone call is turned off because the 'line is busy'. I've been ringing multiple times for the past 5 minutes. It's absolutely terrible!I've also been on the 'waiting list' for registration for over 2 months now.

Awful surgery, they dictated to me I had to come in for my medication to be checked on joining the surgery despite my medications being clearly documented in my notes. When I wouldn't go in because I can't around their opening hours they stopped my medication so this is now being progressed legally

Avoid the lady doctor . She looked bored and totally uninterested in what I needed . Came away feeling very depressed and still in pain with mo help at all. She is a terrible doctor not sure what her name is . But avoid
