I was contacted by Justin to head in for a chat as my previous PCP deal was coming to an and in March 2024. We arranged a time convenient for me and I had a discussion with Jonathan as Justin got caught up with another customer. I was able to sit down and have a great discussion about my options and went out for a test drive. When I cam back I discussed taking the car with Justin and called back to give it the go ahead. Both sales men were a pleasure to deal with and I will definitely be passing my recommendations onto friends and family.

I bought a car from the Renault garage recently and was really impressed with Chloe throughout. There was some minor paperwork I needed to follow up on after the fact and the after sales care was top notch proving that it’s not just a sale they are after, they understand the customer. Everything ran smoothly from our first visit until collection of our car. We were kept informed frequently about delivery of our new car by the very helpful salesman.

Home collection and return meant I didn't need to take any time off work and car was returned within half a day so I wasn't without it for long. Excellent customer service

From start to finish the service was 5 star. We initially went to enquire about part exchanging our car for a new Renault Arkana. The sales team were very welcoming and friendly. We discussed options and were able to take a car for a test drive and nothing was too much to ask. We went away and discussed the options available to us and we decided on a Renault Arkana RS Line which we picked up this evening. Again, Jonathan and David were great and their service and knowledge were impeccable. Jonathan made sure to go through the controls with me and came with me on a mini test drive to ensure I was comfortable with the controls in an automatic car.
