I can highly recommend this firm. Michael and Ian took the stress out of my move from Scotland to England. They were super efficient, very helpful, fast workers and generally really nice guys. Nothing was too much trouble. Great value for money for a 1st class service!

Ted and Billy lived up to the name of the business - 1st class! Friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and worked their socks off to get the job done. I haven't unpacked everything yet, but so far, nothing damaged or spoiled in any way. The quote was by far the cheapest around, so I was a bit apprehensive about the service, but I needn't have bothered because the guys couldn't do enough for me. Thank you Ted & Billy, and thank you 1st Class Removals, for making my move as stress-free as possible.

From my initial contact with 1st Class Removals I found them so helpful. This was my fist house move and they could not have been more patient and responsive to all the questions I had. On the day of my move it was Michael and Ian, they were again extremely patient, and considerate and careful throughout the day. I would have no reservations recommending 1st Class Removals to anyone moving house in the future.

Cannot rate this company highly enough. Moved me from a top floor apartment in Cumbernauld (without a lift!) to Kilmaurs in a matter of hours. The lads were fantastic and a great laugh. Went above and beyond expectations by helping to fix a small bit of damage to a wall out of their own pocket due to my incredibly difficult sofa. Significantly cheaper than any of the other quotes I received too.Would definitely use again. Highly recommended

The guys were absolutely brilliant. I only managed to get one of the guys names, but Michael was class. Very respectful and delivered a fast and efficient service.I had mega trouble getting a bolt out of a bed and they managed to get it sorted for me making moving the bed very easy, instead of trying to jam it in and potentially damaging property.Great value for money. The move went well apart from the movers accidentally broke the Tv . All fine as these things happen and we were covered by their insurance. However, Turns out you aren't covered at all. When we raised the incident the owner turned quickly surly and proceeded to tell lie after lie about the insurance . Then accused us of scamming him and then pretended the company had ceased trading to try and avoid a small claims . It's obviously still trading. Avoid this company .

We had move recently from our storage to our new flat and Chris has been very professional, responsive and reliable. Double checked the day before whether the move goes ahead, went to double check the storage size beforehand and handled the move with his team very efficiently and professionally. Several scrapes to furniture and walls during the removal process. Removal men were willing and helpful, but do not book them to move your piano. They do not have the necessary equipment and there is a risk that your piano will be damaged during the removal process.

They are not equipped in the way they pretend they are and when you ask, get very defensive and pull out of the job. AVOID.
