Thrive Light Therapy Studio

Disclaimer: I am a good friend of the therapist who runs this, but if it wasn't good I just wouldn't post anything.. Wonderful therapy in wonderful chalet like surroundings. Made me feel warm, calm, and well: Will be back.

All but completely relieved severe joint, tendon and muscle pain in hands after one session. Regular sessions now keep any flare-ups to a minimum. Venue is clean, relaxed, peaceful and friendly.

I had heard red light therapy is good for boosting the sleep hormone melatonin, so came here to give it a try. Iv only had one session, and already noticed a huge improvement to my sciatic nerve injury!… I have another session booked, as it may just take a bit longer to see improvement for sleep. Red light therapy has all round benefits, I’m pleased Iv found some where close by.

It’s early days, but I have certainly felt well and energised after my two treatments that I have had at Thrive Light Therapy Studio.It’s short and enjoyable.There’s easy parking right outside the studio.
