Great service, friendly staff, helpful when asked questions about certain paints.Paint prices are much better there too.

Impressed by the excellent range of paints and products in store. Even more impressive was the warmth of the welcome and helpfulness of the counter staff. We will definitely be returning here for future purchases.

I can only say the 2 gentleman working on Saturday the 11th of February 2023 are a credit to the company. They gave sound advice and mixed more paint just before they was due to close.Thus saving our client money and a lot of hassle in rebooking due to carpet being fitted on the Monday 13th.Thank you guys I will definitely be opening an account with you in the near future.

Fabulous service and willing and helpful staff.Went in yesterday for drywall primer and some tester colour. I ended up buying some other items too as the store is stocked well with good products.I was disappointed with the quality of the primer so I returned today with it and both Chris and Tony could not have been more helpful. Tony opened the primer, re closed it, and put it on the shaker. After a few minutes of that it was perfect. I clearly didn’t have enough oomph to stir it and mix it well enough but their machine did! Fabulous!Alongside that I also managed to get a 5litre can of the paint from the tester yesterday. Not a wasted trip and overall the best service I’ve had for a long while.I’m planning to return for the rest of the project paint.Thank you so much for your help and time Tony and Chris.

Absolutely appalling customer service, apparent store manager Tony should be ashamed of his behaviour towards myself. As a director of a business myself, I am very concerned.Walked in to store to see some paint charts which were through a paint pack, he treated me like I was scum, told me I couldn’t purchase paint even though I said I was paying myself and not through the pack, even took a member of staff behind the screen to talk about me? Why? Because I was a housing association Tennant.He was clearly over worked and stressed however totally disregarded what I had said. Embarrassed his own staff with his behaviour and did not even attempt to apologise to me. Discrimination at its finest!Never received such poor customer service.
