One of the best cookies and brownies what I had. A bit expensive but worth the price as everything so far what I bought it’s always nice and fresh.Definitely recommend and I will come back here more often

On Monday Reegan gave me a lovely experience in Central MK. What a wonderful young person persuading me to buy such delicious goods. She had such a smily face as she welcomed me and my son. Good job Batch’d!!

Brilliant Customer Service. New Colleague serviced us today alongside his Manger/Supervisor, the young male was still on training however was so polite and made us laugh & made us feel so welcome whilst serving us. I’m so sorry I don’t know his name, if I did I would’ve mentioned his name here. Good luck with your training. Manger/Supervisor was also so polite & made us laugh, thank you for being so polite to us & I’ll be back again soon.Our doughnut looks delightful & is going to taste amazing!

Girl who usually working in the morning is really nice. I am always having nice conversations with her and I am really enjoying coming there. Brownies are really, really good, but lately unfortunately they do not have too much choice. I also tried donut from them and I was really amazed with taste.I really recommend that place if you have sweet tooth like me. Everything what I tried so far was amazing.

Very unhappy with this morning. Arrived at 10am for when it opens. Nothing was out to buy, employee ignored me as I walked around to see what was for sale.Usually I have no issues, but this morning I left quite unhappy. There was large amounts of trays everywhere, as if it may take another hour to open, despite it saying being open at 10am.Thinking twice about coming here now

Came here for donut, as my friend recommended me to try it products from batchd. Eliza was really helpful and very nice. She made me feel welcome in shop. I will recommend this shop to my friends as products are fresh and really tasty!
